• All products will be stored for 15 days after approval of the images. After 15 days, UGLY shall become the owner of the products and they can be disposed of, sold or donated.
• It is the client’s responsibility to include their contact information, a list of contents included in each package. Failure to include these items in each shipment may result in a scheduling delay.
• We encourage client to provide specific instructions on angle, view, positioning, etc. We also recommend the client to include visual examples such as comps, layouts, drawings, cell phone images, or reference URLs to help guide the photographer. Lack of these instructions before the scheduled photo session demonstrates your permission to leave the composition and layout of each product to the discretion of the photographer. If no instructions were provided you lose your right to a refund, revision or approval.
• A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required before beginning work. The remaining balance is due upon approval of your photographs.
• An invoice will be sent to the client. Payments can be made with a credit card, Bank Transfer or Cheque.
• The product we receive is the product we will photograph. Please send us the best samples of your product. Make sure your product is clean and free of flaws and that labels are placed correctly.
• We check the contents of all packages for damage when we receive them. If the product arrives damaged you will be alerted quickly and a given the opportunity to send a new item.
• Most products only require basic retouching; which UGLY provides free of charge. More extensive retouching, color matching, and special effects are available at an extra charge.
• We make every reasonable effort to produce excellent images. If the client has provided clear and precise instructions and is unhappy with the image proof, we will reshoot, one time, at no additional charge. Note: Additional charges will apply when a re-shoot is requested due to no fault of UGLY. For example; if the client wants different product in the photo, changes his/her mind on the angle or positioning; or has changes to any of his/her original instructions.
• We do our best to complete all jobs within seven business days of receiving the product and deposit. Unusually large or complicated orders may take longer. We cannot be held responsible for delays due to situations out of our control such as acts of God or power outages.
• The client is responsible for all shipping arrangements and cost of products, to and from UGLY.
• UGLY will not be held responsible for items damaged or lost during shipping.

※ Open Files for the created A Plus can be shared at an Additional cost. The same should be informed to the prior to starting the A+ content. Open files are not be stored if not requested before the A+ is made.
※ Images used for A+ are bought by Ugly if the seller needs images for other usage the same will be charged at INR 300 per image.
※ Wireframes ones approved will be final, there will be no changes in the format once the sample is approved
※ We strictly adhere to Amazon Guidelines. Any exceptions cannot be taken.
※ Sample shared will be altered twice . Please share feedback and changes in one go.
※ A+ will be added on Amazon by UGLY. Sub-Account Access will be required for the same.
※ UGLY will not proceed with bulk content without receiving sub-account access for upload.
※ The sample will be made only for 1 ASIN remaining ASINs will be uploaded to the account for review.
※ A+ will not be uploaded without a sample being approved by the seller.
※Post A+ has been uploaded changes will not be done in the design or content previously approved; Unless there is misleading information that can impact the buyer.
※ If you wish to make changes for previously approved content that is live the same will be chargeable at the actual cost of the A+ made.
※ Reitration charges will be applicable post 2nd set of changes. at INR 100 per change
※ If the same A+ has to be updated on other platforms additional charges will apply.
※ Final output of the design depends on the images shared by the seller. Low resolution images cannot be improvised for a premium looking A+.

※ Open Files for the created Brand Store can be shared at an Additional cost. The same should be informed prior to starting the Brand Store content. Open files are not stored if not requested before the start of the project.
※ If the seller needs images for other usage the same will be charged at INR 300 per image.
※ Wireframes ones approved will be final, there will be no changes in the format after approved.
※ We strictly adhere to Amazon Guidelines. Any exceptions cannot be taken.
※Wireframe and Samples shared will be altered twice. Please share feedback and changes in one go.
※ Brand to share images or other assets to use before the work starts
※ Brand Store will be added on Amazon by UGLY. Sub-Account Access will be required for the same.
※ UGLY will not proceed with designing creatives without receiving sub-account access for upload.
※ The samples banner will be made for- Hero Banner & 1 Category Banner, remaining banners will be uploaded to the account for review.
※ Brand Store will not be uploaded without the sample banner being approved by the seller.
※ Post Brand Store has been uploaded, changes in the design will be done only once; Unless there is misleading information that can impact the buyer.
※ If you wish to make changes for previously approved content that is live on the a.in portal, the same will be chargeable at the actual cost of the Brand Store made.
※ Reiteration charges will be applicable post 2nd set of changes. at INR 200 per change
※ If the same Brand Store has to be updated on other platforms additional charges will apply.
※ Final output of the design depends on the images shared by the seller. Low resolution product images cannot be improvised for a premium looking Brand Store.
※ Post the store is live if there are additional ASINS to map or Banners to add or replace the same will be charged.
※ Additional categories for store maintenance for sale seasons will be charged. 
※ Videos to be uploaded on the stores should be shared in accordance to platform guidelines . Editing videos to meet guidelines for the store will be charged
